  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Loventrix LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Loventrix LLC covers the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label.
