At Loventrix LLC, we’re dedicated to getting your ice hockey equipment to you quickly and efficiently. We understand you’re eager to hit the ice, so we strive to process and ship your orders as fast as possible.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays) of purchase. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times We currently offer one reliable shipping method for all orders:
- Standard Shipping (United States Only):
- Cost: FREE on all orders!
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of Loventrix LLC’s control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
3. Domestic Shipping Only Loventrix LLC currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipping Restrictions We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Undeliverable Packages / Incorrect Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Loventrix LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@loventrix.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost Shipments: If a package is lost in transit and tracking information does not show “delivered” after the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us. We will assist in investigating the situation with the shipping carrier.
