You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the original tags attached and include all accessories. A proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

We only process returns for orders shipped within the United States, as Loventrix LLC does not ship internationally.

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Return Shipping

Loventrix LLC will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once you receive the label, please securely package your item(s) to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
