At Loventrix LLC, your satisfaction with your ice hockey equipment is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ve made our return process simple and transparent, in full compliance with US e-commerce regulations.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the original tags attached and include all accessories. A proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
We only process returns for orders shipped within the United States, as Loventrix LLC does not ship internationally.
How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Return Shipping
Loventrix LLC will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once you receive the label, please securely package your item(s) to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@loventrix.com or +15413459623. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
